• Entry Period

1. 1. 1. February 15th, 2023: First day to make an account, register for 10-Day Change, purchase a 10-Day Change box and enter the Contest.
      2. December 1st, 2023: Last possible day to submit your completed Testimonial for the 10-Day Change.
         
         

• Quarterly Period

1. 1. Quarter 1: April 1st, 2023: Last possible day to submit your completed Testimonial for 10-Day Change and be eligible to become the 1st Quarterly Winner.
   2. Quarter 2: July 1st, 2023: Last possible day to submit your completed testimonial for 10-Day Change and be eligible to become the 2nd Quarterly Winner.
   3. Quarter 3: October 1st, 2023: Last possible day to submit your completed Testimonial for 10-Day Change and be eligible to become the 3rd Quarterly Winner.

• How to Participate

1. 1. Participants must enter the Contest. To enter the Contest, you must purchase a Falling In Love with Myself Again Sample Box and Register to be a part of the contest.
      1. To register, create an account at www.fallinginlovewithmyselfagain.com 
   2. Make a monthly qualifying purchase of at least one product per month 
   3. Submit a qualifying Day 1 Photo/Video and or Month 10 or Current Photo/Video or Vlog of your entire journey.
      1. Log in to your profile created at www.fallinginlovewithmyselfagain.com and submit your images/videos
   4. Share your Testimonials by completing a questionnaire at www.fallinginlovewithmyselfagain.com describing your results in detail

• Judging and Voting Criteria 

All timely and valid Testimonials, as determined by Tava in its sole discretion, will be reviewed and evaluated based on a ten (10) point scale for each respective criterion.

1. Entry Period
   1. Entry Period Judging Criteria: Testimonials submitted during the Entry Period will be reviewed and judged by Tava’s internal committee 
      1. Each contestant must record and timely submit (1) 1-3 minute Testimonial video.
      2. Day 1, Day 10, and Month 10 photographs (50%); The overall transformation participant’s physical appearance will constitute fifty percent (50%) of the overall judging score.
      3. Written Summary (50%): Each participant’s true and unique transformation story, as well as the originality, creativity, expressiveness, and compelling nature of the participant’s
         
         
2. Quarterly Period
   1. Quarterly Period Judging Criteria: Testimonials submitted during the Quarterly Period will be reviewed and judged by Tava’s internal committee.
      1. Each contestant must record and timely submit their account one (1) 1-3 minute Testimonial video.
      2. Day 1, Day 10, and Current Photographs (50%): The overall transformation participant’s physical appearance will constitute fifty (50%) of the overall judging score.
      3. Written Summary (50%) Each participant’s written summary will be judged on the inspirational nature of a participant’s true and unique transformation story, as well as the originality, creativity, expressiveness, and compelling nature of the
